✅ 训练方法：采用 “跟读模仿 + 录音复盘” 模式。选择六级听力真题文稿、名人英文演讲（如乔布斯斯坦福大学演讲）作为素材，先通读文稿熟悉核心语义，再逐句跟读音频，精准模仿发音、语调和自然断句；跟读完成后，独立朗读并录音，对照原文和音频回听，标记 “嗯啊” 口头禅、长停顿、发音偏差等问题，针对性反复修正。
✅ 实操案例：以六级听力真题中 “Environmental protection” 相关段落为例：原文 “With the rapid development of industry, environmental pollution has become an increasingly serious problem. Many countries have taken effective measures to reduce emissions and protect natural resources.”
